What does a sperm donor do?
You donate your sperm by ejaculating into a sterile container. This is usually performed in a private room at the sperm banking facility, but can be done at home (we will talk more about how to do this at home later).
How safe is the process for sperm donors?
Although a known donor occasionally enters the picture, the identity of the donor is mostly unknown. To reduce the possibility of passing on a genetically transmissible disease, a sperm donor must pass stringent blood testing. Before being used, all donor sperm must also be quarantined for at least six months.
Can I find my sperm donor?
Individuals or couples typically have the freedom to select the donor and sperm bank they want to employ.
Can a married person be a sperm donor?
In India, both married and single men are able to give sperm. In general, a man’s eligibility to give sperm is unaffected by his marital status.
